E-mails to Physicians.
If you send information to a physician e-mail address that is available through hyperlinks on Bunion.com, then any personally identifiable information that you submit electronically to those e-mail addresses will be transferred from our server to the offices of physicians who are members of Bunion.com.  These physicians are not employees of Bunion.com in their practice of medicine, and thus your information, when received by them, will be subject to their policies and procedures, and not this Privacy Policy or any other Bunion.com policies and procedures.

Information Requests (Through “Find a Surgeon”).
When you contact us through the “Find a Surgeon” form, you must submit your name and email address. If you use the optional message field to request information from us, we may share your information within Bunion.com and with our affiliated physicians, in order to provide you with the information that you request; however, your personal information will not be shared by us with any other company, individual or group without your written permission.  Whether you are requesting a physician referral or information, Bunion.com personnel may contact you regarding your request, for example, to help set up an appointment or to better determine the referral or information that is appropriate for you.  Please note that any subsequent correspondence with Bunion.com personnel or any of our affiliated physicians will not be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Use of “Cookies”
